Section 113 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Public Health Act, 1985
113. Act override other enactments.
- If any provision relating to public health contained in any other enactment in force in this Union territory is repugnant to any provision contained in this Act, the provision of this Act shall prevail and the provision contained in such other Act shall to the extent of the repugnancy, be void.
