Section 2 in Basavakalyan Development Board Rules, 2005
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,(a)"Act" means the Basavakalyana Development Board Act, 2005 (Karnataka Act 13 of 2005):(b)"Section" means a section of the Act.
