13. Non-official directors.
(1)The term of office of non-official directors shall be two years: Provided that such directors shall continue to hold office until their successors are nominated and assume office.(2)Non-official directors shall be paid such fees and allowances as may be prescribed for attending the meetings of the Board or of any of its committees and for attending to any other work of the Board.
