Section 94A(8) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(8)The authorised officer concerned shall immediately give a report to the Market Committee and to the Director about the production, inspection or seizure of the documents and his findings and the Secretary shall place the report before the next ensuing meeting of the Market Committee.
