State of Uttar Pradesh - Subsection

Section 6H(3)(a) in U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947

(a)shall not apply to the dispute filed or pending on or before the commencement of this notification and such disputes shall be heard and decided by the Court in which these are filed or pending;
