Section 10(1) in Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008
(1)The Metropolitan Development Authority shall constitute for the benefit of its whole-time paid members, officers and other employees in such manner and subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed, such pension and provident fund as it may deem fit.
