Section 37(1)(c) in West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Act, 2013

(c)the representatives of the Council on everybody, statutory or otherwise, shall vacate their respective offices as such representatives, and the Administrator may nominate such person or persons to represent the Council on that body as he may think fit.
