Section 2(b) in The Jammu and Kashmir Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1997
(b)"Bar Association" means an association of Advocates attached to any court or any Tribunal or judiciary authority discharging functions of judicial or quasi-judicial nature and recognised by Bar Council under section 14 ;
