PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the
records in the impugned order vide No.227/TOK/A2/2026, dated
06.01.2026 passed by the 6th respondent and quash the same and to
direct the 6th respondent to issue Scheduled Caste Certificate Hindu
Parayan (original) to the petitioner within the time limit fixed by this
Hon’ble Court.
