Section 2(1)(vii) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007

(vii)"Licence" means a licence granted for the taping, of excise trees or drawing of toddy there from or the sale of toddy in retail under the Act and the term "Licensee" means the holder of such licence.
