Section 52(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004
(1)The Authority may make building bye-laws, consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder, which may be necessary or expedient for the purposes of carrying out its duties and functions under this Act.
