Section 6(1) in Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018
(1)to provide ways and means to record consent or record revocation of consent related to Commercial Communication and exercise his preference(s) from the list(s), mentioned in the Schedule-II, of choices for: -(a)preference(s) of categories of Commercial Communication;(b)preference(s) of the mode(s) of communication,(c)preference(s) of time band(s) and types of day(s) of the week including public and national holidays;
