Respondent No. 2 has already filed the counter affidavit. Ms. Reena Pandey, Ld. Counsel had earlier sought time for filing vakalatnama and the counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 3 but till date she has not filed the same.
Today Ms. Surjita Pattanaik, Ld.Counsel appears for Union of India and seeks time for filing vakalatnama and the counter affidavit. Four weeks time, as last chance is given to file the same.
