Section 7(1) in The M.P. Ashaskiya Shikshan Sanstha (Institutional Fund) Rules, 1983
(1)The Pass Book of the account of every institution shall be maintained by the Headmaster/Principal of the Institution, who shall send it to the Treasury/Sub-Treasury in the last week of every month so that the entries may be made therein.
