20C. Power of State Government to issue direction.
On receipt of the report and the recommendation of the expert committee under section 20B, the State Government shall examine the same and may issue such direction or order as it thinks fit and proper :Provided that the State Government may, if it considers it necessary so to do in the public interest, modify, alter or rescind the direction or order.
