Section 2(h) in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
(h)"member of the Society" means a person who has been admitted in the Society according to the regulations thereof, continues for the time being to be a member of the Society and,(i)having paid subscription,(ii)having signed the roll or list of members,(iii)having not resigned, in accordance with the regulations of the Society;
