Section 95(2)(h) in The Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act, 1961

(h)shall exercise supervision and control over the acts of officers and servants holding office under the Zilla Parishad in matters of executive administration and those relating to account and records of the Zilla Parishad; and
