Section 156(1) in The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018
(1)The issuer shall file the offer document with the Board and the stock exchanges in accordance with sub-regulations (7) and (8) of regulation 123 and shall pay fees to the Board as specified in Schedule III.
