(2)The Chancellor shall, after considering the report of the Committee, is satisfied that the continuance of the Vice-Chancellor in office will be detrimental to the interests of the University or if he is found guilty of all or any of the charges by order, remove the Vice-Chancellor :Provided that no order shall be passed under this section unless a reasonable opportunity of being heard is given to the Vice-Chancellor.
