Section 8(1) in Andhra Pradesh Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Rules, 2007
(1)No seed of any cotton variety shall for the purpose of sowing or planting by any person he sold unless the variety is registered by the Controller or any authority designed for the purpose the manner specified.
