Section 2(1) in Rajasthan Official Trustees Rules, 1956
(1)In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context-(a)"the Act" means the Official Trustees Act, 1913 (II of 1913);(b)"the Bank" means the Bank of Jaipur Ltd.:(c)"Official Trustee" means the Official Trustee of the State of Rajasthan:(d)"State Government" means the Government of Rajasthan.
