Section 8(1) in Odisha Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2011
(1)For the purpose of this Act, the Government may, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court, by notification, constitute one or more Designated Courts for such area or areas or such case or cases as may be specified in the notification which shall be presided by an officer belonging to the Odisha Superior Judicial Service.
