Prayer :-Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of certiorari to call for the records of the respondent relating to the impugned proceedings in TIN 33260963983/ 2013-2014  dated 27.3.2015 and to quash the same as passed also without providing reasonable opporutniy to the petitioner and also contrary to the provisions of the TNVAT Act.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw all the Writ Petitions and to that effect he has made the following endorsement in W.P.No.14381/2015:-

"The writ petitioner has given representation to the Government dated 29.09.2016 against the impugned order. In view of it, the writ petitioner prays to Hon'ble court be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above writ petitions with liberty to file fresh writ petitions if need arises."

2. Liberty sought for by the petitioner is not opposed by the respondent.

3. In the light of the above, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
