86. Powers of the Court to be disclosed.
- Every judicial officer hearing or deciding a suit, proceeding or appeal, is responsible that the record, the final order of judgment and the decree, shall disclose the powers which such officer exercised in hearing or deciding such suits, proceeding or appeal.
