Section 5(4)(ii) in Master of Business Administration Course (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2013

(ii)the Pandit Deendayal University established under the Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University Act, 2007 (Gujarat 14 of 2007) shall be granted on the basis of merit order obtained in the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institute of Management; and
