(3)Basement shall not be used for residence, institution and industries, However, it may be used for parking and other uses as specified below :(i)Storage of house-hold or other non-flammable materials;(ii)Dark room.(iii)Strong room, bank cellers, etc.;(iv)Installation of air-conditioning equipments and other machines used for service and utilities of building;(v)Parking places and garages;(vi)Stack room for library;
