Section 80 in Regulations Under the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921
80. The account of an employee who is a contributor under the provident fund Scheme in, an institution on his transfer to another shall be transferred to the later institution and he shall continue to contribute to the Provident Fund in the institution to which he has been transferred.
