(2)Every manufacturer or a dealer referred to in sub-rule (1) shall obtain a UIN to get himself registered on the NDAL database through the licensing authority of his jurisdiction and allotted a separate user-id and password for log in purposes and the licensing authority may require manufacturer or dealer to upload the complete details of his transactions on the NDAL database on weekly basis for the week in addition to the registers specified under sub-rule (1):Provided that the weekly returns for the current week shall be submitted by the close of business hours on every Saturday.
