Section 7(2) in The Orissa Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2000
(2)An Operation Engineer of a boiler or boilers for which a certificate of proficiency is required may be relieved of charge by a person holding a First Class Certificate of competency as a boiler attendant in any one day for not more than two periods, the total of which does not exceed two hours.
