Section 7(5) in Rajasthan River Basin and Water Resources Planning Act, 2015
(5)The Commissioner and other officers and employees of the Authority shall be subject to the control and supervision of the Chairperson and shall exercise such powers and discharge such functions as may be conferred on, or assigned to, them by the Authority from time to time.
