Section 79(3) in The Assam Co-operative Societies Rules, 1953
(3)The officers, employees and other members shall furnish all information required by the inspecting officer for the completion of the enquiry and for this purpose they shall prepare such statements and taken such action as may be necessary for the verification and examination of society's records as required by him to look into its constitution, working and financial condition under Section 60 or Section 61.
