81. Appointment and punishment of subordinate officers.
(1)The Superintendent shall exercise such powers, in regard to the appointment and punishment of subordinate officers, as are specified in the rules relating to such officers.(2)The Superintendent may, at any time, inquire into, and record his opinion on, the conduct of any subordinate officer. In conducting all such inquiries he shall be guided by the relevant Punishment and Appeal rules.
