Section 283(3) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(3)The Committee shall accordingly allot such persons to the Panchayat Samiti or Zila Parishad concerned which shall appoint persons so allotted to similar posts or to equated posts in the service on terms and conditions as may be applicable to such equated posts.
