16. Service Book.
(1)A Service Book shall be maintained in such form, as prescribed by the State Government for their employees, for every officer or servant of the Board. The service book will be a record of the service and shall Contain no remarks on work or conduct.(2)The Secretary or any other appointing authority under him shall be responsible for the correct and up-to-date maintenance of the service book. He shall record an annual certificate of verification in the service books relating to the employees under him as early as possible after the end of every year.
