Section 21 in The Rajasthan Technical University Act, 2006
21. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(i)The Board of Management;(ii)The Academic Council;(iii)The Finance Committee;(iv)The Examination Committee;(v)The Faculties;(vi)Boards of Studies;(vii)Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
