28. Repeal and Savings
(1)The Rajasthan Dacoity-Affected areas Ordinance, 1985 (Ordinance No. 7 of 1985) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done or actions taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
