Section 215 in The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000
215. Amendment of section 598.- In section 598 of the principal Act,-(a) for the words" one thousand rupees", the words" ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted;
(b)for the words" one hundred rupees", the words" one thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
