Section 32(2) in Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018
(2)The qualifications and the strength of the staff of the private school shall be such as may be prescribed:Provided that the qualifications prescribed under this sub-section shall not apply to any person who, on or before the date of commencement of this Act has been employed in any private school whose appointment has been made in accordance with the qualifications in vogue at the time of such appointment.
