167.
Information may be asked for in one application in respect of one matter from a single record or register and shall be limited to a single question. Questions about particulars to be inserted in application for copy of any document respecting which information is wanted will be treated as a single question. Information requiring anything but short answers shall not be given. If any extract from the record is desired the proper course is to apply for a copy.
