94. Registration of copies of instruments under Section 122.
- Copies of instruments referred to in Section 122, duly certified by the Manager of the [Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Bank] [Substituted 'Land Development Bank' by Notification No. CSL-2014/697/C.R.04/13C, dated 30.8.2014 (w.e.f. 23.12.1961).], shall be sent by the Land Development Bank to the Registering Officer concerned within a period of three months from the date of execution of the instruments, by registered post or by hand delivery.
