62. Inspection of documents in Registrar’s Office.—
The foreman of a chit or any subscriber in a chit or the heirs or legal representatives of any foreman or subscriber may, on payment of such fees as may be prescribed,—(a)inspect the documents of the concerned chit kept by the Registrar; or(b)obtain a certified copy or an extract of any such document on record.
