Section 2(14) in The Karnataka Prohibition Act, 1961
(14)“foreign liquor” includes all liquors other than country liquor:Provided that the State Government may, by notification declare that any specified description of country liquor shall, for the purpose of this Act, be deemed to be foreign liquor;
