Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned Senior Counsel on instructions states that petitioner's case can be disposed of in terms of decision dated 14.9.2017 rendered by this Court in CWP No. 7850 of 2010 titled Shiv Kumar versus State of Himachal Pradesh, and other connected matters.
2. Mr. J.K. Verma, learned Deputy Advocate General, has no objection to the same, subject to petitioner depositing 11% of the amount reflected in show cause notice dated 21.2.2017 (Annexure P-3).
