Section 12 in The Punjab Registration of Money-lender's Act, 1938
12. Exemption.
- The [State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may, by notification, exempt any person or class of persons from the operation of this Act or from any of the provisions thereof.
