33. Power to order survey or examination of works.
- Government may, at any time, order a local survey or examination of any works of the Board or the proposed site therefor and the cost of such survey and examination shall be borne and paid by the Board out of its funds in the general account specified in Clause (b) of Sub-section (2) of Section 40.
