Section 216(2) in Karnataka Panchayat Raj Act, 1993
(2)Every work constructed by a Taluk Panchayat out of Taluk Panchayat Fund shall vest in such Taluk Panchayat:Provided that, the Government may, if it deems fit, declare by order that such road, building or other works vested in Taluk Panchayat, shall stand transferred to and vest in, the Zilla Panchayat or the Government as the case may be.
