34. Obstructing officers of Board, Authority or Commission.
- Any person who obstructs or molests or hinders an officer or agent of the Board, an Authority or Commission acting in the discharge of his duty under this Act or any regulations made thereunder shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding ten thousand rupees or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
