Section 53(xiv) in The Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994
(xiv)generally, all matters for which provision is, in the opinion, of the Management Council, necessary for the exercise of the powers conferred, or the performance of the duties imposed, on the Management Council by or under this Act, or the Statutes.
