Section 20(1) in The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development (Estate Management, Sale, Transfer and Exchange of Tenements) Regulations, 1981
(1)After the tenements are ready for occupation, the Estate Manager shall -(a)in respect of tenements to be allotted on the basis of sale by deferred payment, issue an allotment letter in Form IV to such applicants who have accepted and complied with the requirements of the letter of intimation of allotment in Form II informing them that the tenements have been finally allotted to them on the terms and conditions accepted by them;(b)in respect of tenements to be allotted on rental basis, issue an allotment letter in Form V; and(c)in cases falling under sub-clauses (a) and (b), the applicants shall in writing be asked to take over possession of the tenement within such period as may be specified in the letter.
