Section 37D(1) in The Rajasthan Gram Dan Act, 1971
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of the liquidator may file an appeal within thirty days of the communication of the order to him to the Collector of the district having jurisdiction and the order of the liquidator shall, subject to the result of such appeal, be final.
